went to PGH earlier today to get my blood test done. it happened pretty quickly, no long lines and such. except at the payment counter but that was just messed up. my mom kept telling me the whole time that if we went to de los santos, we would have spent around P3000 more. at PGH, they only charged us P608 O_O the long jeepney ride all the way there was certainly worth it. after that we had breakfast at the PGH food court. i had this pork thing which was more fat and sauce, less fat. i couldn't really tell my mom that the reason i didn't drink the water was because i didn't trust its cleanliness. sure, doctors eat there too but so do the sick people. i don't want too much of that in my system.
so i go back home and check CRS cause it's supposed to be closed today. it is and i do hope i get the stat subject i enlisted for. i checked the grades and lo and behold, i got a flat uno at Eng 11. i'm really happy she's generous with the grades because i would really hate it if i didn't learn anything and i got a bad grade. is that really the trade off required? i mean, i did learn some things but nothing i couldn't have just forced myself to read on the internet. siiiiiigh. now i'm not so sure if i'm happy about getting that uno after all.
i know in geog i got an uno which is really awesome. they say one's college life is complete if geog 1 has been taken. i really enjoyed my geog class and i made some pretty good friends. not so sure much maja likes me though since ma'am posted the peer grades we gave. in my defense, i had basis for giving the grades i did. i'm sorry i don't think you deserved to get a 100. it doesn't matter anyway, you still probably got a flat uno too.
tomorrow is induction and for a moment there i was worried i couldn't go. ate heny went ahead and bought KAOS tickets for friday night without asking if i had any conflicts with it. i ended up having to ask kuya chikk what would happen if i couldn't make it, citing conflicts with family plans. he was very understanding about the whole thing (more understanding than i could have hoped for) and told me it was fine to miss it. i felt extremely guilty about the whole thing because i lied to him by omission. ahh well. ate heny was able to move the ticket dates to saturday and everything is okay again.
now, i have time to fix the mess that is my room. hopefully the desktop computer will be fixed soon so my digital life can return to normal.
