hello again. another oh-so-productive day has passed by. NOT. math, i will study you tomorrow. i just want to rest for now so i can figure out how i'm gonna go about studying you.
the highlight of the day was when i went to UP just to get my second long exam grade for bio 1. i went to UP just for that. what an enormous waste of money and energy. my prof has clearly not heard about the wonders of the internet. oh, well. she's old school through and through and i respect that. haha. when i got there, i ran into ellie at the lobby. she was with three friends so i just greeted her quickly. awkward penguin is awkward. i remember that the room number was 116 so when i went to find it, i was dumbfounded. there was room 115 and room 117 but no room 116. what is going on?? i caught up with ellie who was already on her way out and she told me the room i needed was 113. haha. that must explain why my prof's name was on that door. gahh. you're not thinking, andrea. so i went in and my eyes automatically zeroed in on the two papers stuck on the wall. i scanned the paper for my student number and found out that i got a 91 on the test. BOO-YAH! looking farther down the paper, that meant i got an uno!* woohoo! my prof was there and i didn't even notice. she was in a conversation with a woman but she got up and handed me her three books that she wants all of her students to donate to their respective high school libraries. i did not foresee that she would give it to us that day. that is why the bag i brought was not big enough to put those books in. so i had to carry them in my arms the entire way home. gawd. so nerdy looking. there was some other stuff written on the paper that i didn't bother reading. now that i think about it, i should have read everything, even if it didn't pertain to me per se. mostly instructions for those who need to take the finals but still. gotta read the fine print. always. i'm just happy i don't have to take the final exams in bio 1. it's dangerous to hope...but is an uno possible for me in this subject? oh goodness.
my mom comes back home today from her 3-day getaway in cebu. i really missed her because she was in charge of the meal plans. food from the past few days have sucked. ate ida and i mostly reheat things so that's awful. of course i miss her general presence because this house ain't complete without her. the pets miss her too for sure since she gave them decent food.
anyway, pre-enlisting is hell right now and i don't quite know how to proceed.
i really shouldn't be thinking about anything right now except the math finals but everything is just so out of balance, i can't get in the right mindset. gahhhhhhhhhhhhhh. help!
*91-100 equals an uno in her grading scale
